Terms and Conditions
Client’s Responsibilities:
- to provide food, water, and a proper secure lead for their dogs.
- to provide food, water and other supplies needed for cats and other small pets
- to provide the pet’s passport incase of a medical emergency should they requires a vet visit. (and for cats, a proper carrier for transport)
- inform the sitter of any cameras in the home for security and privacy purposes
Payments:
- all payments are due no more than 2 days past the date of the invoice
- sittings or walks that are canceled less than 24 hours in advance are non- refundable
- live-in bookings that are canceled less than 2 weeks in advance are subject to a 100 aed cancelation fee
Others:
- dogs are not allowed to be let off lead for any reason unless it’s in a secure gated dog park. (this is for the safety of your pup/pups).
